FOR COACHES & COACHING STAFF

Keep your coaching ideas connected to the work.

A coach’s week moves between ideas and practical decisions: what the team needs, what to train, how to prepare the match and what to take forward afterward. Custom soccer coaching software can follow that sequence using the language and detail you already coach with.

Make the game model useful during planning.

A methodology becomes useful when a coach can connect it to the next activity. In Paula’s workspace, the game model has phases, principles and supporting detail. Exercises can be linked to principles and sub-principles alongside their duration and coaching content.

That gives the planning conversation a specific reference: which idea does this exercise serve? Your version could use a different structure or vocabulary. We begin with the way you explain the game and the information you need while planning.

Build the session around the coach’s preparation.

Paula can prepare training sessions, work with exercise graphics and clone a session for another date or team. The drawing board includes dribbling paths. These details came from practical requests about how she wanted to prepare and reuse her work.

Session software should make your own preparation understandable. We discuss how you collect exercises, sequence activities, describe objectives and adapt plans. A coaching resource library and a session editor solve different tasks; their relationship depends on your workflow.

Carry the plan into match day and review.

Paula’s Match Center includes lineups, phase-specific game-plan graphics, a substitution simulator and recorded playing time. The simulator shows the minutes a proposed plan would give each player. Recorded minutes can also be reviewed across the season.

Her implementation can present and print the game plan. These are examples of connecting preparation to the field, not promises that every coaching project needs the same tools. We decide together which match information matters and how it should support the next conversation.

Questions about your project

Do we have to use Paula’s methodology?

No. Her case study shows why methodology matters to software design. Your phases, principles, exercises and coaching language would be discussed as part of your own project.

Can playing time be part of the workflow?

Paula’s implementation already demonstrates substitution planning and season minutes. Your match formats, planning rules and recording process would determine how a similar workflow should work for you.

Is this an exercise subscription?

The service is custom software development. Existing coaching resources and tools show possible workflows. The content, editing process and tools included in your own project are agreed around your needs.
